Cost Segregation Senior Consultant
US-VA-Tysons | US-GA-Atlanta | US-NC-Charlotte | US-SC-Greenville
Perform takeoffs utilizing blueprints and physical site inspections
Estimate unit costs utilizing costing manuals such as RS Means and industry standard techniques
Analyze construction cost ledgers, contractor payment applications, and other cost documentation and reconcile to accounting records
Write reports and prepare schedules that support findings from analysis
Analyzing property data through property records, appraisals & tax assessments
Perform administrative support functions, client communication, request for information and create client contracts
Overnight travel will be required
3-5 years of construction estimating experience required, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical and/or Plumbing trades
Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, etc.) required
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet hard deadlines required
Strong attention to detail required
Ability to analyze detail from a variety of sources required
Bachelor's degree required; degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Building Construction preferred
