Legal Counsel - Brand, Advertising & Marketing
Duties: Have responsibility for providing advice on marketing, advertising, subscriptions, offers, and promotions, with an emphasis on reviewing consumer marketing communications, advertising, promotions, and digital creative. Partner cross functionally to ensure that marketing and advertising review is scalable, efficient, and consistent with company policy. Respond promptly to legal requests from various internal marketing departments, summarizing and communicating applicable legal concepts in a digestible format. Provide marketing related product counsel for consumer facing touch points. Create applicable marketing guidance into educational presentations, processes, and procedures.
